  1. “Gene Masseth”!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA! I love it. Can’t believe the editors missed that. Good one!

  2. I don’t get it.

If it’s because, “significant snowfall forecast…” and there is clearly a goodly amount of snow, it all depends on your perspective.

I now live in Portland, OR. We received 2-3 inches of snow earlier this week and pandemonium ensued. The local new spent 1.75 hours of it’s two-hour evening newscast on the snow.

I’ve lived most of my life in the Northeast where it is quite common to get 6″ of snow on your car while you were at work. No biggie.

In summary, “significant” for the newspaper’s locale, Fargo ND, could be anything over, say one foot. For other places, “significant” could be just two inches.

  3. Ok, took me a few to see that one.

  4. Wow, had to google to figure this one out. Hint: It’s not Gene Masseth that’s funny :P

  5. OK, OK…. I totally missed it. And here I thought this sort of thing would only happen in a Simpsons show.

  6. Hear! Hear! What’s all this then?
